We would like to recognize and thank our amazing spring interns, Bebe Harenza and Dale Eddy, for all the work they’ve accomplished!
Bebe Harenza | Undergraduate Intern
Bebe is a graduating senior at Duke University from Pennsylvania, where she has been studying Economics and completing a certificate in Markets and Management. During her time with us, Bebe took a deep dive into the regional ecosystem, notably updating our North Carolina Climate Tech Market Map. She also served as a critical voice in our research, co-authoring our recent feature on 2026 Climate Tech Trends and providing key support for our top-of-funnel investment diligence.

“Through conferences, research, and Stephanie’s continued support, my time at Blueridge has given me valuable insight into the early-stage investment process and the climate technology landscape more broadly. I’m excited to build on this experience after graduation, and to continue following the innovative startups emerging from the Southeast.”
Dale Eddy | Graduate Intern
From the Boston area, Dale is an MBA candidate at Duke University with a concentration in Energy Finance and Energy & Environment. While working with us she supported sourcing and pipeline development, and conducted market research and competitive analysis. Dale also provided thought leadership as she co-authored our deep dive into 2026 Climate Tech Trends in energy, infrastructure, national security, and resilience.

“Working with Blueridge provided hands-on experience across the early-stage investment process. I especially valued the opportunity to build systems that can help to scale how the firm identifies and evaluates startups in the Southeast.”
It’s been inspiring to work with Bebe and Dale (learning is both ways!). We wish them a wonderful summer, and best of luck in their future careers.
